Basic/General Notary Services

We DO NOT prepare documents however, we do notarize the following types of documents:
Adoption Documents, Promissory Notes, Prenuptial Agreements, Power of Attorney, Medical Records,
Bank Forms, Lease Agreement, Bill of Sale and much more !

Fees: $2 per stamp/signature

Mobile Notary / Fees

BTV's Mobile Notary Services will travel to you at your convenience. We provide Mobile Services to airports, banks, churches, courts, hospitals, nursing homes, Jails, Places of employment , Private Residences, Lenders offices, Law firms, Real estate offices, Hotels, Title companies, Brokers Offices

Travel Fees:
Clayton & Fayette County - $27 travel fee
Fulton & Henry County - $37 travel fee
Coweta & Spalding Counties -$45 travel fee
Anywhere else in Georgia - $1 per mile
Weekend premium travel : $25 additional
Signer Late/Wait Fee : $10 and up (15 mins late)
Signer Non-Completions/Refusals
$25-40
